Description

  1. Overview
    1. Complete pet bottle recycling line designed for processing half bales after wire removal.
    2. Line includes feeding, bale breaking, sorting, washing, drying, and separation stages.
  2. Feeding
    1. Metal feeding conveyor belt with flap driven by motor-reducer.
  3. Bale Breaker
    1. Hopper with dimensions 1200 by 1500 mm to receive the half bale after wires removal.
    2. Four thick shafts with rods, each driven by its own gear box to tear apart bottles for further sorting.
    3. Steel construction.
  4. Horizontal Conveyor Belt and Disc Separator
    1. Disc separator receives materials from bale breaker for further separation, delivering flakes to the inclined conveyor belt.
    2. Horizontal conveyor belt receives bottles from disc separator, driven by motor-reducer to the automatic sorting.
  5. Automatic Sorting
    1. Nir detection system and colour separator.
    2. Automatic separators for pvc bottles, pet green and coloured pet bottles.
    3. 1 sorting machine with 4 sorting outlets.
    4. Sorting system n 2006 – reflection – spectroscopy, non destructive measurements, composed by: application software, probe pm (probes multiplexed), 30 measuring optics, 30 fiber cables, 10 halogen lamps 220 w, dialog: interface rs 232; control signal, keyboard; coloured 15” tft screen, mouse.
    5. Velocity of conveyor belt: up to 3 m/s.
    6. Production capacity: about 2.000/2.500 kg/h.
    7. Material in input must be free from small dimension material (< 50...10 mm – 130 cm2) and other material that can disturb the selection.

  6. Main Conveyor Belt and Final Sorting
    1. Conveyor belt (4 pcs) for final manual sorting, driven by motor-reducer.
    2. Horizontal conveyor belt for clear bottle collection, driven by motor-reducer.
  7. Granulator
    1. Conveyor belt for granulated feeding.
    2. Granulator ø 2000, single rotor granulator which utilizes a load sensing teed ram design to continuously supply (unattended) size reduced material for downstream processing.
    3. Machine uses a solid steel rotor with multiple cutters, adjustable stationary cutter, a large feed hopper and a horizontal feed ram to force feed materials into the rotor assembly.
    4. Materials are cut between the interface of the stationary and rotary cutters.
    5. Discharge screen is utilized to produce sized particle, or to re-circulate oversized material to the feed chamber.
    6. Electric powered granulator is recommended when difficult-to-process materials are encountered and when high rotor torque is required.
    7. 110,00 kw ac motor with delta/y starters, overload protected.
    8. In case of any big, hard piece falling into, the machine is protected by two different systems: first a safety clutch mounted directly on the shaft of the motor and a second one on the main shaft with calibrated pins.
  8. Dosing
    1. Mechanical filter (2 pcs) with a vibrating screen 300 micron, 1200 mm diameter for close loop water circulation.
    2. Receives water from the plant and delivers water with particles under 300 micron to water filter.
    3. Aisi 304 stainless steel construction complete with re-circulation pump.
    4. Service tank: sink-float tank service tank equipped with two open-ring impeller pumps.
    5. First pump provides for the same amount of water to keep the water fall constant, while second collects excess water conveying it to the pre-washing part of the system.
    6. Service tank provides also the water level control.
    7. Dosing system: a metal screw conveyor underneath the buffer tank, driven by powerful inverters motors provides for dosing of flakes to the rest of the line and it’s lifted to the hopper of first sink-float tank in continuous way.
    8. Automatically stops the first part of the line.
    9. Special design to hold about from 8 to 10 m3 of pre-washed flakes.
    10. Four walls are vertical to avoid any kind of bridging.
  9. Pre-Washing, Rinsing and Drying
    1. Pre-washing machine including a pump.
    2. Special design washing centrifuge with a rotor equipped with four continuous paddles to accept oversize pieces without jamming.
    3. 3 mm holes screen with a total useful length of 2000 mm and open outlet protected by a screen.
    4. Installed power 40 kw ac motor with delta/y starter.
    5. Water filtering centrifuge.
    6. Mixers tank.
    7. Vibrating screen ø 1500.
    8. Dirty water collecting tank including 1 pump.
    9. Clean water collecting tank + level control including.
    10. Screw conveyor to transport flakes from the vertical centrifuge.
    11. Vertical centrifuge: vertical type centrifuge dryer, entirely realised with stainless steel.
    12. Hopper with screw conveyor for feeding flakes to the rotor.
    13. Rotor, with adjustable inclination ss paddles, is spinning on grease lubricated bearings and it is connected to main motor by means of an anti-shock coupling.
    14. 2 mm stainless steel screen easily removable for maintenance and cleaning.
    15. 2 side doors for internal inspection.
    16. An open ring impeller water pump conveys water to the water filtration.
    17. Pneumatic conveying system: 3,00 kw blower with anti-wearing body and impeller.
    18. Total air flow is 2.500 cubic meter/hour with 300 mm/h2o pressure.
    19. Complete with outlet adapter for connection.
    20. Set of stainless steel pipes, elbows and clamps to connect the blower to the cyclone.
    21. Stainless steel cyclone, 800 mm diameter and 200 mm outlet diameter.
  10. Labels Separator
    1. Labels separator, serpentine type, stainless steel construction, with suction blower with adjustable air-flow.
    2. Receives flakes from a cyclone with double inlet and while pet flakes will fall down, labels go to a separate cyclone provided with air filtration bags system.
    3. Complete with aspiration blower with air-flow adjusting valve.
  11. Olefins Separation
    1. Buffer (dosing system): a metal screw conveyor underneath the buffer tank, driven by powerful inverters motors provides for dosing of flakes to the rest of the line and it’s lifted to the hopper of first sink-float tank in continuous way.
    2. Screw conveyor to transport flakes from the vertical centrifuge to the preparation unit.
    3. Sink-float tank: flakes go to the end of the tank by means of the water flow created by a pump and, with a water fall system, material goes into a dewatering auger to be transported to the following machine.
    4. A horizontal and another inclined auger continuously extracts sinkable materials outside the tank.
    5. One more small tank controls the flow of surface of main tank and its level.
    6. Machine comes complete with dewatering systems of floatable, all hydraulic connections and manufactured with stainless steel.
