Description

  1. Bale Opener
    1. Conveyor lattice equipped with many supporting rollers that can bear a bale of fiber.
    2. Large aluminum hopper with accurate and stable weighing.
    3. Used to pre-open bale-packed fiber, then transfer the fiber to the next working procedure according to a certain percentage, with electronic weighing system; several sets are combined together for two different fiber types to be blended together.

  5. Single Cylinder, Double Doffer Carding Machine
    1. To card the fiber from the feeder, and process them into regular fiber web for web forming and reinforce procedure, etc.

    14. The fiber stripping board and the bottom board are made of 12 mm 16Mn; the inside and outside of the needle holes are grinded smooth with chrome coating.
    15. The counter outputting rollers are coated with hard chrome and printed with designs to strengthen the pressing and holding force; the press of the roller is adjusted by the cylinder.
    16. The needle board of machine has the function of stopping with the upper center.
  9. Cutter Machine
