Description Overview Three extruder options available for selection Option 1: Cincinnati Milacron CM 55 Conical Screws New and unused conical screws Suitable for running PVC and other materials Output through a stand pelletizing line: approximately 500-600 lbs per hour Output on PVC is approximately 10% higher Option 2: 63 mm Counter Rotating Twin Screw Extruder Actual 63 mm counter rotating twin screw Particularly good on PVC but will run other materials as well Downstream remains the same as option 1 Output: approximately 500-600 lbs per hour Option 3: Yong Teng Giant 72 mm Co-Rotating Extruder 72 mm co-rotating extruder Can run PVC with selected screw segments (easily replaceable on the same machine for different products) Uses the same water bath, strand die, and downstream as options 1 and 2 Output: approximately 700-900 lbs per hour Additional Information More information is available upon request
