  4. Technical Specifications
    1. Guarantees the yarn quantity of every beam are the same in the selected group, including the meters length and diameter.
    2. The main motor is controlled by inverter. The constant and reliable digital pulse is controlled by the PLC guarantees the speed of winding and storing yarn is constant.
    3. The bracket movement of beam is controlled by pneumatics, and its position is accuracy controlled by photoelectric sensor and the PLC automatically, which select the different position according to beam's diameter.
    4. The tail bracket is controlled by pneumatics, and the shaft adopts centre fixing shaft head. These two features minimize the damage to inner beam caused by the doffer down to the minimum.
    5. The main brake has pneumatic butterfly brake. The braking shoe with the middle unoccupied has a nice heat-dissipated function.
    6. The brake of positive roller and speed roller can make different brake pressures according to different speeds (more than 200 m/min). These different pressures, together with the main beam break, guarantees the yarn tension in the breaking time is the same as the tension under the constant speed.
    7. The Omron CP1H series programmable controller and 10.2 inch MCGS touch screen.
    8. All the electrical functions and operation information are displayed on the screen, in English language (can be exchanged according to different requirement).
    9. The positive roller is covered by high-hardness coating, so the smoother surface improves the movement of the yarn. The AC high-speed servo system provides power to the above roller, matching with the PLC, both of which service for the main winding system, to make sure the tension of yarn is constant.
    10. Remote monitoring can monitor the current working state and fault conditions.
