  4. Manufacturing Features
    1. Core forming with 2 drum (retrofit): core forming process consists of 2 forming wheels; first wheel makes a continuous pad and second wheel places an intermittent pad on top of the continuous fluff; on top of the wheels is forming chamber with 2 brushes to create even layer to the fluff; forming chamber also transports a super absorbent pipe and mixes it to the flow of fluff
    2. Disk mill for cellulose, fans for vacuum and transport: original hammer mill is modified; today the cellulose is fiberized with powerful disk mill; disc mill runs 2 layers of 490 mm (max 20) cellulose reels, 2 rolls are in standby; after fiberizing the cellulose, it is transported through conveying fan to forming section; 75 kW disk mill motor is operated with variable speed controller; cellulose unwinding 4 reel stand; disk mill manufactured by Cce
    3. Sap dosing system: super absorbent is mixed to the fluff before forming chamber to have a constant flow of material; sap system consists of silo for the big bag, piping, vacuum system (Piab), dosing silo and volumetric screw feeding system (Vollmar); amount of sap can be adjusted and make a test for the laboratory
    4. Filter system Osprey (option, discussed depending on buyer demand): for good quality core it is important to have a good quality filtration system; this line is equipped with top-brand Osprey 6-2 filtration system, this unit has also the fine filters; clean air from filter can be returned to the factory atmosphere if needed to save heating energy
    5. Core construction “3d” shape, continuous and intermittent fluff before compression, also note tissue on top of the core
    6. Top tissue unwinder (retrofit)
    7. Core pressing and cutting units, aql unwinder/buffer/autosplice/web guiding system
    8. Backsheet, frontal tape and tapes off line unwinding stations (retrofit)
    9. Frontal tape applicator (retrofit)
