Description Overview Two robot tuft carpet weaving machines with Booria 3d design software, built in 2009. Designed for 3d carpets and mostly shaggy carpets. Minimum pile height is 16 mm (newer models can achieve 12 mm). Frame size: 4 x 3 meters. Includes 11 additional frames. Includes 2 Hofmann brand shearing machines. Includes 2 carving machines. Includes 1 Hartleb brand hand tuft gun. Includes air compressor and air compressor dryer. Additional side equipment and tools are included in the package. This is a complete plant; the buyer will be able to start production right away. Production Capacity Production capacity depends on design, number of stitches per meter, yarn, pile height, and other factors. General production capacity is around 1 to 2.5 square meters per hour. For special collections with lower densities, higher row distances, and plain designs, capacity can reach up to 5 to 6.5 square meters per hour. Production rate for these machines is 4 to 6 square meters per hour. Software Booria 3d design software is included and necessary to draw three-dimensional designs for different pile heights on the same carpet. Condition and Preparation Machines were built in 2009 with older tufting gun technology. Machines will be shipped from their existing location to the seller's facility for overhaul on some parts to make them fully operational.
