Description Overview Magnetic plates are used to attract iron impurities from fiber waste. A button collecting box is located underneath the first opener to pick up buttons from the waste, enabling fiber to be opened without iron buttons. Two pieces of magnets are installed in the feeding chute box. Under the feeding chute box is a fan motor that blows clean fiber into the next flow and attracts iron impurities onto the magnetic plates.
