Lee Schmidt, M-110, Cushion Filling Machine, 38" or 50" Hopper Length, 8 Second Cycle Time (New)

Description

  1. Overview
    1. High speed—the eight second cycle time will fill cushions as fast as an operator can load them.
    2. No vacuum—this method of cushion filling uses a compressible hopper instead of a vacuum. This avoids noisy plastic liners and produces a longer lasting cushion.
    3. Simple to use—the operator places the cushion in the hopper and presses a two hand safety control to lightly compress the cushion. The operator slides the cover over the compressed hopper and a foot pedal is pressed to eject the cushion.
    4. Easy to change sizes—the hand adjustments allow the machine to change sizes in seconds.
    5. Jog mode—for odd shaped cushions, the jog option is included with all machines for easier filling.
