Filling Machine With Electronic Control Weight Model W11

1. Provided with a braking system which permits the filling of wadded pillows and quilts with all materials (polyester, feather, expanded polyurethane, cotton, wool, etc.).

2. Using the special tube it is possible to suck up the material directly from the various containers.

3. Braking is very rapid (about 1/10 of second) and does not require maintenance since it is obtained through a pneumatic device.

4. Can be supplied both in a one-phase and in a three-phase version.

3. Special plates (both motorized) and the extended sewing block help the operator in the sewing of any kind of shaped cushions and different materials.

4. With the double conveying system the material is conveyed regularly and this gives a high quality to the seam and to the produce, especially when the product is a removable cover sofa.
