Assembled with a fiber bale breaker, fiber opening machine and 2 pieces of mini pillow blower
Mainly used for filling pillow, cushion and chair pads standard and decoration productions
The whole line can be handled by 2 operators adjusted by foot switch filling and the entire process is controlled by Siemens PLC program
To start, put one or two bales of raw material into the bale breaker that will send the materials to the opening picker (fiber opening unit) automatically, with no need anyone working at this section for 1 or 2 hours
As soon as the fiber is opened by the fiber opening unit that will be ready for the filling
2 operators will be working at the 2 filling blowers by foot switch operation
The finished pillow is fluffy and with good bounce, because the fiber is filled into the pillow case as soon as opened directly from the fiber opening machine that reduces the recompression of the fiber

Construction and Design Features
All machine main structures are produced by computerized laser cutting machine which provides a stable machine frame and long life
The cylinder and rollers are balanced high dynamic balance process, so that the machine is running without vibration and noise
Anti-deviation system: the conveyer is guided by a guide way that will not let the conveyor be damaged for a long time
Anti-stuck draft system; simple clean the machine once a day and double clean once a week working with simple maintenance
Metal alarm system: as soon as any metal bigger than 2 mm thickness feeding into the feeding roller that will stop the machine by the control system
V-wire, using best wire in textile machine field that is 4 times more points than normal wire
Main cylinder pressure detection relay; if the main cylinder is running with high tension from the system will reduce the feeding speed or stop the machine, in order to protect the machine main motor and avoid further problem
All electrical key parts are from the most well known world brand such like Siemens, Omron and Schneider
