  1. Automatic Robotized Pillow Filling Line

    1. Electronic stuffing machine.

  5. Automatic Bagging Line - Without Leaflet Insertion
    1. This is an automatic line complete with robotic machines specifically for filling pillows and cushions into plastic bags with press and welding system with bagged cushions automatic output.
  6. Bagging Line Composition
    1. Robotic filling machine - equipped with up line flowing system and special twin belt conveyor, to detect automatically the supply of cushions and pillows, providing the constriction of the material to be transferred into the plastic bags.
    2. Robotic group - equipped with special device for bag opening and feeding to the packing line automatic press and welding system complete of automatic device to check bag lineup and transfer to the welding.
    3. It is equipped with belt conveyor for the automatic output of the packs.
    4. Control box with digital keyword to enter the working parameter.
  7. Bagging Line Specifications
    1. Expected production: 6/7 standard pieces per minute.
    2. Minimum and maximum size of product: width min. 430 to max 600 mm, length min. 430 to max 1500 mm.
