Description

  1. Overview
    1. Plant includes equipment for the production of concrete colored roof tiles and fittings.
    2. Proposed profile is IBM standard double roman.
    3. Tiles are made on injected plastic molds by extrusion-pressure process.
    4. Molds are inserted manually by the operator into the front of the pusher when ready for the next cycle.
    5. Fresh concrete is prepared by a ground mixer, 100 lt capacity, with manual loading.
    6. Water is supplied by an automatic water meter, and it is sprayed uniformly during the mixing cycle.
    7. The cement-based mixture is fed by the operator into the box, where the level should be kept fairly constant.
    8. The injector, which is simply activated by the operator through an operation lever, consists of a steel bench fitted with a series of anti-wear steel guide-rails for the molds to run on, a hydraulic pusher unit (cylinder), an extrusion head, a hydraulic control system and an electric panel.
    9. The mold bed, under the action of the hydraulic pusher, passes through the extrusion head, which consists of a rectangular box containing a shaping scraper, both driven by a hydraulic cylinder.
    10. A shaped scraper is mounted at the exit of the rectangular box.
    11. The concrete consistency prevents the material from forming bridges and guarantees a uniform feeding of material under the scraper.
    12. The shaped scraper presses the mixture on to the plastic molds and pushes it towards the plate which causes the material to be pressed between the molds and the plate itself.

    1. As soon as the maximum number of pallets (2,000) has been purchased to make the maximum production in 8 hours, double shifting is possible as follows:
    2. Option 1: purchase additional 2,000 pallets, 21 racks and double the curing chambers (costs can be deduced from the price list).
    3. Option 2: purchase and install a forced heating system.
