  8. Dryer
    1. Frame structure constructed with heavy angle section
    2. Chamber length: 3 mtrs each
    3. Interiors will be high temperature resistant aluminum painted
    4. Vario flow air system – closed circuit air circulation; individual blowers for top and bottom jets - 4 nos. directly couple blower motors per chamber; air ratio between top and bottom jets can be controlled and adjusted easily at fingertip through touch screen at the central control unit
    5. These impellers are very small in size which has its added advantage of lower maintenance; there is no mechanical damper, which means there is no resistance to air flow giving a uniform air distribution widthwise, lengthwise and diagonally; increases air pressure gives higher production
    6. Radiators: suitable for steam heating
    7. Dual filters - easily removable from outside for cleaning even when the machine is running
    8. Box type assembly for panels – no welding in insulation panels avoids heat bridge formation which in turn avoids heat losses and increases the drying efficiency; insulation is rockwool with 96 kg/m3 density – 125 mm thick panels
    9. Door and panel sealing by silicon
