  1. Overview
    1. Biodiesel plant designed for 10 mgy (million gallons per year)
    2. Plant started build in 2008, sat idle, then build finished in 2012
    3. Produced 3 million gallons of biodiesel B100 in 2013
    4. Currently idle with skeleton crew present, power on, well maintained, and ready to run
    5. Set to handle clean degummed soybean oil as feedstock, but can handle "dirtier" oil with acid esterification system (to be commissioned)
    6. Plant sits on 8 acres, rail siding next door can be leased

    1. Has (6) 2-stage batch reactor set up for continuous flow
    2. Methanol and glycerin recovery columns
    3. All pipes and tanks electric heat traced and insulated
    4. Siemens switchgear and mcc
    5. Controls with Allen Bradley plc, hmi - all automatic

    1. 2 feedstock tanks, 40,000 gal each
    2. 3 biodiesel tanks, 40,000 gal each
    3. 1 methanol tank, 30,000 gal
    4. 1 catalyst tank, 12,000 gal
    5. 2 glycerin tanks: one 30,000 gal, one 40,000 gal
