Description

  1. Overview
    1. Consisting of a hopper, an automatic fiber opener, and a dispenser silo.
    2. Designed and manufactured to operate on the opening of bales of micro fiber compressed and packed.
  2. Hopper
    1. Productivity: 350 kg/h.
    2. Dimensions: 1500 x 1600 x 1600 mm.
    3. Composed of a horizontal belt conveyor to load the bales, a tank (1.5 cubic meters) with an endless screw on the bottom to feed the micro fiber opener.
    4. The final result is more uniform as the micro fiber is loaded in a consistent way (no blocks of fiber into the opener), and the operator has just to load the bale and the machine will operate automatically.
    5. The speed of the endless screw on the bottom is adjustable in order to measure the output quantity.
    6. The belt is equipped with load cells in order to know the weight of the fiber on the loader.
    7. The system is provided with electrical system in airtight cabinet with door locking circuit breaker, inverter, safety limit switch and low voltage controls.
  3. Automatic Fiber Opener
    1. This is a special carding machine suitable to all fibre materials (wool, cotton, cotton waste, etc.) and in particular polyester fiber.
    2. Composed of 4 carding heads with adjustable speed (from 2400 to 3800 rpm).
    3. Max capacity: 450 kg/h.
  4. Dispenser Silo
    1. For materials with short staple, for the filling of cushions, sacs, etc. with feather and foam; feather and polyester, etc.
    2. Capacity: 3 mc.
    3. Complete with load cells and an aspirator for the recovery of the spilled material after the filling; in this way the material returns to the silos.
    4. Suitable to connect to two filling machines.
    5. It is possible to charge the machine from high or sideways through a proper aspirator.
