Overview
1. Produces various shapes on foam slabs in one working cycle
2. The finished product is mainly useful to mattress manufacturers
3. Operation: the slab of foam is put on the mould which is fixed on the sliding table and compressed by the press conveyor against the mould. Cutting is performed during the deformed state of the foam. At the end of working cycle the product is divided in two parts: finished product and a minimum waste that is the excavated foam.
