Rapier Hercules H5500 weaving machines designed for geotextile fabric such as 6000x6000 den, 8x7.5 density.
The fabric in production works at 950 / 1000 kg warp tension total (fabric weight 1100 g/square meter).
The fabric is the famous “Stabilenka” geotextile fabric, product of Husker company.
Negative and positive rapier systems.
Heavy fabric is related with warp tension and width machine.
The back rest bar version installed on Hercules machine can support 1000 / 1500 kg ever 1 mt fabric dependent of width.
There are more stronger versions, but product them only on request.
