Uses mechanical material-pressing to transfer; array outputting is stable and neat
4 by 1 outputting (diameter 58mm of the round pads)
Cutting mold is made of imported high-quality special material which is durable, accurate cutting, and no burs
Cutting moulds position is space-saving by optimizing the arrangement mode
Effective breadth is 260mm, biggest diameter of jumbo roll 1000mm
Width of raw material can be decided according to the moulds
Equipped with 2 adjustable tension control devices and waste collecting device, main bearings used in Japan “NSK” brand
Equipped with automatic counting device
All parts in contact with fabrics are manufactured in 304# stainless steel
Uses imported frequency converter to control the machine; reasonable layout of electric wires, easy for workers to run the machine
Uses cam type transmission which has two sets of special wear-resisting rubber roller conveyor, others using aluminum alloy fabric guide roller with transportation
