Tsudakoma, KB10, Rebeamer for Acetate, Disk Brakes, Variable Speed 5 to 100 m/min

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Kb10 beamer is simple and well designed.
    2. The piv take-up automatically monitors tension; adjustment is not needed during operation.
    3. The kb10 machine has variable speed induction motor (dl motor) which can be set by a dial linearly between 5 m/min to 100 m/min.
    4. The smooth machine starts and stops due to the a.r.c. device in the dc motor controller gives an optimum operation; a tension indicator for total winding tension can be used to raise operation efficiency even more.
  2. Beam Stand
    1. The section beams are on a specially designed beam creel so that all beam warps are wound without snarling on the loom beam.
    2. The beam supports are arranged to have different heights; the sheets of yarn from any two adjacent beams make a constant angle on the loom beam.
    3. Thus, the individual warp ends are separated horizontally by the diagonal reed and vertically by the beam arrangement until they are actually combined on the loom beam.
    4. There is no possibility of entangling or snarling and the warp yields to the shedding mechanism with a minimum resistance when placed on the loom.
    5. Tension is applied by special blanket disks with stable braking force.
    6. Warper beams are of secondary curve arrangement so that yarn sheets are drawn out at equal intervals to prevent snarling of the upper and lower sheets.
    7. As a result, very clear shedding can be obtained during weaving.
  3. Take-Up
    1. Automatic control p.i.v. system with good reproducibility is adopted for take-up tension setting, which only required adjustment of weight position.
    2. Variable speed (3 to 15 seconds) power motor with smooth acceleration and dynamic braking minimizes tension fluctuation and facilitates yarn cutting treatment.
    3. Operation is very simple with control wheels, switches, and meters concentrated on the right-side frame. This also facilitates yarn processing.
