Fabric type: woven fabric
Maximum fabric width: 1800 mm
Inlet form: plaited (if your coming fabric is roll, we can add a roll cradle at inlet part)
Outlet form: roll (standard roll diameter is 500 mm)
Main Features
Cloth guider: at inlet part to put fabric in the center and avoid fabric off tracking
Accurate length measure system: length measure error ≤ 0.1 m/km; digital counter meter and wheel type encoder will work together to record the fabric length; machine will stop at the pre-set length automatically
Accurate edge alignment system: edge alignment photo-sensor will be added at rewinding part; if the sensor detects fabric edge is not aligned, edge alignment error ≤ 6 mm
Inspection and rewinding functions
Semi-automatic fabric roll end cutter (optional): according to our experience, semi type is more stable; operator just needs to push the cutter a little, it will run along the track, then return automatically; full automatic type will be influenced by the inspection machine
Automatic weighing device (optional): it will be added at rewinding stage
