  1. Overview
    1. Automatic textile recycling line with a capacity of up to 500 kg/h.
    2. Especially designed for automatic transport and speed control system.
    3. Recycles kinds of textile waste such as hard waste, cotton polyester acrylic, fabric clips, knitting and hosiery, and weaving.
    4. Full closed design and strong condenser with chute feeding system.
    5. Keeps cleaning of the working shop; high automatic level reduces labor cost.
    6. Speed control system and zipper button removing function enable to get long fiber for o/e spinning, needle punching, stuffing, and any other purpose.
  2. Procedure Of The Recycling Line
    1. The project consists of cutting machine, strong aluminum spiked bar beater opener, and wires model cleaning and recycling machinery.
    2. Cutting machine will cut off the fabric to get small pieces (clips) enabling recycling.
    3. Strong pin beater loosens and cleans the fabric, rejecting iron, plastic, stone, and hard impurities by centrifugal force.
    4. Wires cylinder cleans and combs the fiber slowly and softly; wires in different angles and tooth per inch enable obtaining long fiber.
    5. The baling press will pack the fiber into bales for storage and transport.
    6. The control system will control the machinery start up and turn off.
    7. The dust collecting box will collect the mot and dust from each condenser of this unit, keeping the work area clean.
    8. Recycling unit should depend on the purpose of the customer and the raw material; the unit will have more or less recycling units accordingly.
  3. Optional Equipment
    1. Fire detector – reduces fire risk when it happens.
    2. Iron detector – checks for iron impurities and picks them out.
    3. Automatic feeding machinery – feeds the clips after cutting automatically by a chute feeding system and a transport system.
    4. Ewon remote support system: hardware includes Ewon industrial router and cabling; software is Talk 24. By means of an internet access and an IP address, our engineers can remotely access your system to view the PLC, program, and operator panel information, allowing for remote troubleshooting and program adaptations.
