Used to attach the top and bottom to the border using a self tape or a woven tape.
Employs a double lock chain stitch sewing head (specially modified) for the sewing operation.
Sewing head with a specialized alternating presser foot system feeds extra thin fabrics to extra thick quilted panels very easily.
Conveyorised tape edge machine with a split conveyor at the input side to accommodate the flip arm.

Border Wire Bending Machine
Equipped with two pneumatic wire bending heads mounted on a fully adjustable pre-graduated frame.
Bending heads are fitted with stationary and rotating rollers for the bending action.
All assemblies are made with high grade die steel and EN 24 material.
Supplied with one set of rollers meant for a spring end diameter of 84 mm.
Other sizes can be supplied on request at an additional cost.
Bending heads are pedal-activated and the border wire frames can be bent one by one.
Can handle spring steel wire from diameter 3.2 mm to 4.4 mm.
Mattress Build Up Table
Required to assemble spring units, border wire, and M springs.
Also employed for the purpose of final assembly of mattress using the completed spring unit, top/bottom panels, and the border.
Followed by the tape edging operation.
Has drop leaf platens on both sides for ease in clinching and hog ringing operation without flipping the mattress.
Height of the table is fully adjustable for accommodating any thickness of the mattress.

Size of fixed platen: 2000 mm x 1000 mm.
Size of dropping platens (2 nos.): 2000 mm x 500 mm.
Rotation of table top: 360 degree rotation on specially built bearings to sustain any kind of jerks and impacts.

Platen locking/unlocking: lock is automatic through springs and unlocking is through a lever.

Flip function can be used to flip over mattresses up to 200 kg weight.
Machine fully powder coated in a very sophisticated powder coating plant.
Maximum production of 160 to 200 mattresses per shift of 8 hours of size 72” x 36”.
