Description Overview Gauze compression (sponge folding) machine for hospital folds or French folds. Produces gauze swabs in sizes 5 cm x 5 cm, 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm, and 10 cm x 10 cm in 8, 12, and 16 ply. Also produces gauze sponges in sizes 5 cm x 7.5 cm, 7.5 cm x 10 cm, and 10 cm x 12.5 cm in 8, 12, and 16 ply. Special sizes can be built as per need. Pre-work cutting equipment and follow-up semi-automatic and fully-automatic packing equipment available. Specifications X-ray detectable threads are simultaneously heat-bonded into gauze swabs during production. Humidifiers are used for spraying water on the gauze swabs for better forming and follow-up packing. Production speed for 5 cm x 5 cm, 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm, and 10 cm x 10 cm in 8 ply, 12 ply, and 16 ply per minute. Automatic counting of pieces and separation of counted pieces for different packing quantities.
