  12. Technical Points
    1. Two skilled and well trained workers can operate this machine.
    2. One worker on the top of the machine to operate the cutting and pneumatic process, the other worker on the machine bottom to operate all the chemical flow and lift speed.
    3. One or two extra workers will deliver the foam blocks to the warehouse.
    4. 20kW in total per hour, however, every day the machine can work only 1 or 2 hours is enough for the production capacity. Or sometimes every two days it works only 1 or 2 hours is enough.
    5. The average loss percentage is about 10 to 12%, it includes chemical loss (stick on the surface of drum or remaining in the drum), foam process loss (foam block head and foam block end), foam peeling process loss (block surface loss), and gas loss.
    6. This depends on the density. If you produce high density, you don’t need to use M.C., so the loss is less.
    7. If you produce low density, you will use more M.C., and so the loss will be more.
    8. For example, if you produce 13 density, then the total loss will be about 20%.
    9. If you want to make about 40 foam blocks, and the foam blocks height is 2m height, you will need about 80m length plastic or a little longer.
    10. The plastic is special plastic, it is very strong and heat-resistant, and the plastic thickness is about 0.08mm.
    11. During the production, you can put power (foam filling) according to your requirement. For example, 1kg polyol and 0.5kg powder, or 1kg polyol and 0.8kg powder, or 1kg polyol and 1kg powder, etc.
