Foam fatigue tester used to test foam fatigue by repeating indentation of a test piece with an indenter smaller in area than the test piece, with the maximum load reached during each cycle kept within specified limits.
Machine can adjust the load pattern automatically during testing to provide force compensation.
Design standard: ASTM D test I3.

Plane plate with holes diameter 6 mm, spaced 20 mm apart.
Indentor having overall diameter of 250 mm ± 1 mm with a 25 mm ± 1 mm radius at its lower edge, provided with a device for applying a maximum force of 750 N ± 20 N during one loading cycle.
Speed: (70 ± 5) times per minute, adjustable.
Sample size: test pieces shall be right parallelepipeds having sides of length 380 mm ± 20 mm and a thickness of 50 mm ± 2 mm.
Counter: 6-digit cycle counter for test cycle setting.
Height adjustable: after finishing the test specified times, the below plate can go up automatically to continue test.
Display: LCD touch screen.
Additional function: adjust the test position during testing to compensate the force.
