Benninger, Versomat, 2008, Working Width 2200mm, Max Beam Disc Diameter 800mm, Waxer System

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Sectional warping machine
    2. Make: Benninger
    3. Model: Versomat
    4. Year: 2008
    5. Status: Working
  2. Specifications
    1. Maximum beam disc diameter: 800 mm
    2. Working width: 2200 mm
    3. Maximum warping speed: 750 m/min
    4. Production of warp sections with a minimum width of 4 mm or (depending on yarn fineness) minimum 12 – 24 threads
    5. Maximum end numbers of 480 - 560 threads and a section width of up to 150 mm
    6. Time for each thread separation at a lease or sizing split is 7 seconds per separation process
    7. Available with a working width of 2200 mm for the traditional clothing sector and 3600 mm for decorative fabrics and furniture coverings
    8. Produces warps with a package diameter of up to 700 mm
  3. Technology And Features
    1. Newly developed machine with reed headstock integrated into the machine superstructure allows production speeds never previously achieved, thanks to its innovative control system
    2. Perfect thread tension between creel and machine ensured by proven section tension control and a controlled beaming tension system
    3. Laser-aided feed determination and section tension control ensure correct package build-up over the width of the warp and constant thread tension over the warp length
    4. Optical monitoring of thread separation at the warping reed during automatic insertion of split cords, extended by optical positional check of the separation slider
    5. New leasing device is not fixed to the floor but is part of the machine and located in the machine superstructure
    6. Setting-up carriage carries the thread guidance elements, the leasing and warping reeds
    7. Produces with the smallest sectional warping widths (from 4 mm) and the very minimum number of bobbins in the creel
  4. Included Equipment
    1. Waxer system
  5. Excluded Equipment
    1. Creel is not available
  6. Application Range
    1. Suitable for preparation of silk yarns, multi- and monofilaments and staple fibre yarn from the finest cotton yarn to the coarsest woollen yarns
  7. Additional Details
    1. With a machine configuration based on Versomat and creel with e.g. 480 bobbins the system can be operated in part-creel mode as a 2-creel warping machine with 240 threads each
    2. Reduced number of bobbins allows creel set-up in shortest possible time with short pitch and section changing times and reduced yarn use
    3. Produces sample and short warps economically without compromising on quality
