Automatic mattress tape edge machine used for taping the edge of mattress panels and soft cushions.
The head is fixed but can move up and down to adapt to different mattress heights; the angle of the head is adjustable.
While working, the conveying belt drives the mattress forward. When one side is finished, the machine can turn 90° automatically to start taping the next side, and the corner taping is completed during the turn.
When the top four sides are completed, the machine can turn the mattress over for taping the other four sides.
Only one operator is needed, with no requirement for the operator to move around or overturn the mattress manually, resulting in higher efficiency and less labor.
