Hot air only operation; the water quench system is fully installed but was never used
No water ever entered the roast chamber, eliminating any buildup or distortion on the metal
Comes with original instructions

Unit is as close to new as possible
Owner did not want to add water and instead had a cooling bin built
The water quench system is designed to stop the roast exactly where desired by rapidly knocking down bean temperature just prior to dumping into the cooler
