  6. Foam Re-bonding Machine
    1. Foam after shredding is blown into mixing drum of foam re-bonding machine after mixing with adhesive, the mixture is dropped down into a standard size mold L2 m x W1.55 m x H1.2 m where it goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded foam.
    2. Automatic re-bonding machine with a steam can produce foam 5 times as fast as one without steam.

    11. The chemical which for making re-bond foam is a mixture of PPG, TDI and MC.
    12. The mix proportion of these materials is PPG:TDI:MC = 100:25:87.
    13. Step 1: Heat PPG to 170 °C.
    14. Step 2: After PPG cool down to 90 °C, adding TDI, and mix well.
    15. Step 3: After the PPG and TDI mixture cool down to 40 °C, adding MC, and mix well again.
    16. Now the chemical is finished. 15~17 kg this chemical can be used for 100 kg foam.
