Included Components
Semolina feeding unit: stainless steel structure and controlled by inverter, supported by PLC
Water feeding unit: water feeding unit with control all the system with accuracy ± 0.25%
Speed mixer: stainless steel pallet and screw
Main mixer: stainless steel structure and pallets as mirror finish, special design load reducer gear box system
Vacuum lock: 7 wings, wings are made of stainless steel
Vacuum mixer: stainless steel structure and pallets as mirror finish
Compression screw: screw surface is covered by hard chrome and steel water jacket for thermostating of cylinder
The shaker predryer: features three parallel tiers and makes use of an oscillating system to ensure optimum product feed and to keep the product perfectly detached and permeable to air with high temperature heat exchangers and perfect air circulation
Dryers: aluminum conveyor system used with stainless steel metal mesh inside it to allow the best air circulation on the belts, vibro lay out with 3 exits to allow the best laying on the belts, all values of temperature and speed electronically controlled by PLC with the individual inverters for every belt in the dryer, structure is placed on 200 mm elevated prop and available to calibrate
Cooler unit: working with vibro motors, cooling with air circulation and the air which passed from cold water serpentines by axial fans
Automation: the systems in our lines are controlled by PLC and PC
