Rewind Shafts and Nip Control
The 3-inch slip core differential rewind shafts have automatic locking latches and mandrel drive engagement so the system could be tied in to an automatic hoist system
Nip pressure control is accomplished with a rolling diaphragm air cylinder and arm position is a hydraulic cylinder
This system gives a minimum nip or laminates
