    5. Suitable for 4 degree 20' Biko type dyeing bobbin, 170 mm long (6 inches), 59 base internal diameter, 33 mm top internal diameter.
    6. 100 spare barrels for diameter increase to 50 mm to process compressible type one-way use dyeing bobbins or the Biko type dyeing bobbin with top internal diameter 54 mm.
    7. Each barrel can hold 10 6-inch 4 degree 20' cones with spacers or 12 6-inch Biko bobbins with interpenetration.
    8. Wool and wool blends production: average package weight 2.15 kilograms.
    9. Overall capacity of about 25.400 kilograms in 24 hours.

  4. Loading and Storage

    4. 1 Obem fully automatic shuttle, year 2003, set for the following operations: pick-up of the full barrels from the loading station and transfer to storage; pick-up of the full barrels from the storage and loading of the horizontal dyeing tubes; extraction of the full dyed barrels from the horizontal dyeing tubes and transfer to storage.
    5. Manual unloading of the dyed packages.
  5. Centrifuge
    1. 1 Obem revolving centrifuge, year 2003.
    2. With automated loading of 12 barrels: 10 in operation plus 2 reserve ones for loading/unloading purposes.
  6. Dryers
    1. 1 Obem air dryer, year 2003, maximum capacity 20 barrels, suitable for dyeing of all kinds of fibers, cycle duration 80 minutes.
    2. 2 Obem dryers equipped with Stalam radiofrequency unit, year 2003, maximum capacity 20 barrels, absorption 75 kilowatts each, equipped with fire detection system and automatic extinguisher, suitable for drying wool fibers, cotton blends and light colors, cycle duration 40 minutes.
