Bottom flaps: 450 mm maximum

4 unwinder – 4 plies possible
2 colors end tail-printer for inline printing
1 photoeye for preprinted bottom-reinforcement
1 microperforation on the whole paper lane possible
1 travelling crab for heavy duty paper rolls in unwinder stations
9 sizes of printing cylinders and aniloxes
1 gluermixture
1 press for strapping and loading of ready made sacks on pallets
1 internal reset bottom-reinforcement
Real production speed: between 12 to 16,000 pieces in sack length of 1 m in 8 hours shift
Configuration
Between tuber and bottomer there is a connecting station (but you can up to this point produce and unload only tubes in case of interest)
Means: any type of 1 to 4 ply tubes can be produced (also for cement sacks)
And if tube is connected with a bottomer you can form, fold and glue on the tube also crossbottom inline (you can produce either open tube or closed bottom with 2 colors print inline or more color preprinted paper on another flexoprinter because of photoeye)
