    12. Enginator base - engine, generator and radiator or heat exchanger are mounted and aligned on a welded steel, wide flange base, designed for solid mounting on an inertia block, with standard through base holes for lifting
    13. Engine protection shutdown contacts - for high water temperature, low oil pressure, high intake manifold temperature (standard engine mounted thermocouple with one thermocouple relay shipped loose), and overspeed (electronic speed switch - shipped loose). Also includes engine detonation sensing, alarm and shutdown, as standard. (See separate description of detonation sensing module.) One on/off pushbutton is supplied. Use all of the above in conjunction with a dc control panel for unit shutdown, (reference wps engomatic® controls)

    1. Unit was bore scope and looks good
    2. Kpc did the “top end end overhaul” including:
    3. Full service / repair of heads
    4. Radiator clean, flushed, and repaired
    5. New set of spark plug, ignition coils and spark plug extension
    6. New set of radiator belts
    7. Service / repair of water pumps
    8. New set of air /oil filter
    9. Service of turbo charger – as needed
    10. New gill ignition system
    11. Load bank test, 100 % for one hour
    12. Painted
    13. Ready to go
    14. Back end alternator was service, including:
    15. Disassemble, steam clean and inspect generator
    16. 16 point bearing and housing inspection perform awa
    17. Testing on stator, rotor, exciter rotor, exciter fields and re insulated
    18. Check shaft run out measure and record shaft bearing fits
    19. Dynamically balance rotor
    20. Install new ball bearings
    21. Lubricate and assemble generator
