Description Overview Benick Machineworks latest slitter project with 36” rewind diameter modification Benick reengineered the Dusenbery 815 from a lift out rewind to cantilever Indirect friction air differential rewind shaft Changed the maximum rewind diameter to 36” with top riding rolls from 28” Removed the gravity top riding rolls and added pneumatic top riding roll Added a new two motor ac vector system with a hmi for inputting machine parameters Increased the maximum speed of the machine to 1500 fpm Rebuilt a shaftless pick up from the floor unwind and integrated it to the slitter rewinder Condition The Dusenbery 815 in the photos above are the before photos This was a single motor drive with a Llewellyn slow down system Has not run in 20 years
