Low liquor ratio large capacity dyeing machine

Characteristics
Multifunctional cloth guide rings: can be multi-angle adjusted according to the different fabric tension
Nozzle: can be quickly disassembled and water volume can be adjusted according to the tension to achieve ideal dye effects
External heating system: patented design; it would not occupy the water level to avoid the secondary pollution and make the low bath ratio possible
Strong oscillating penetration design: increase the coloring rate, shorten the washing time, and reduce washing water consumption
Lifting reel: rubber material with the advantage of non-staining and abrasion resistance; different plastic surfaces can be chosen to ensure fabric run smoothly without hurting the fabric surface
Pump: whole stainless steel shell, low bath ratio, big head pump to meet the requirement of low bath ratio; water volume and spray pressure can be adjusted automatically according to the dye principal
Convection chemical tank: adding different chemicals in timing and quantitative dosing to get optimal dye effects
Automatic touch screen controller: fully automatic action in dyeing process (e.g. water inlet, start main pump, heating, temp. maintain, cooling, rinsing, chemical tank feeding, mixing, dye liquor run back, wash tank, drain out, alarm, process finish) can be programmed and controlled
