High temperature infrared ray sample dyeing machine
Model: DG480 (fourth generation)
Developed in 2009 with a table type design; bottom bracket is optional
Developed from FAD-18P; running method changed from circuit to tumble for ultra low liquor-ratio of 1:4 to 1:30 and 5g to 50g, with 720-degree beaker rotation
Suitable for dyeing woven fabrics, knitted fabric, yarn, and wool to achieve flat and uniformly dyed samples
Features
Equipped with LCD-displayed computer TC2008 for real-time monitoring
Controlled by frequency converter and automatic clockwise/anticlockwise rotation devices
Liquor in beakers fluctuates with adjustable rotation speed for more uniform dye uptake
Can set 99 programs and 99 steps
