XPS foam board, named as polystyrene extrusion plastic board (XPS for short) has aflawless closed-pore alveolate structure. Its performances such as the density, water absorption, coefficient of heat conducting and the coefficient of steam pervasion and so on have advantage over those of other board in heat preservation materials and they have the characteristics of strong intensity, light material, airlight, anticorrosion, aging resistance, low cost, etc. It has been used widely in the fields of heat preservation and heat insulation in the construction industry, frost resistance of the highway, railway, airport, square and household fitment. It is generally acknowledged and the best heat preservation material in the market at present.

B. Talcum Powder Injection System
Talcum injection unit adopts Italy technology. Talcum is mixed with material
averagely, easy to operate.
C. LSJ135 Extruder
Screw diameter: 135mm. L/D: 32:1 motor: AC90kW, drived by inverter.
1) The material of the screw and the barrel is 38CrMoAlA and they have
been nitrided, L/D ratio is 32:1. The heating voltage of barrel is 380V.The
barrel is heated by casting aluminum heating rings with protective
temperature cover.
2) Gearbox: model: 315-16 helical gear without pole material: FCD25
malleable cast iron. Gear wheel: SCM4 special gear wheel burnishing and
heating dealing.
D. BLSJ1150 Extruder
L/D:34:1. Motor: AC75kW, driven by inverter. The main motor is direct-connected with gearbox.
1) Material: 38CrMoAlA, nitrided treatment. The barrel was cooled by water with protective temperature mask and the voltage is 380V, cooled by inner recycle water, good cooling effect, temperature will be lowed down very fast. Sealing device between 1st and 2nd screw is our patent, its very good for the sealing, material will not be leak
2) Gearbox: Model:330-16 helical gear without pole material:
FCD25malleable cast iron. Gear wheel: SCM4special gear wheel burnishing
and heating dealing.
E. Screen Changer
Bypass converting screen changer, material pressure is filtered equally when
screen is changed, non stop, no wasted material. Big screen changing area
and less time screen change.
F. Die Head
Die type: T type die. It is special for XPS plate machine. It includes 3 zones,
heating method is electric heating, the power is 4.5kW. Control method is PID intelligent control, the range of temperature is 30 to 260℃.

G. High Pressure Injection Pump
(1) Foam agent injection high pressure system: 4kW, with inverter 1set
cooling (flow volume: 63L/h, and the highest vented pressure: 60MPa.)
(3) Foaming agent exit and entrance equipped with filtrating equipment.
Foaming agent exit and entrance equipped with related quake-proof pressure
panel, injecting valve material is stainless steel.
(4) Pump base is weld by model steel. High pressure one-way valve 1 set
H. Flattener and Hauling Machine
1. Flattener
1) Heating method: electrical heating
2) The flattener includes 35mm steel board, orbit, machine rack and
driving unit.
3) There is one pressing board on up and down place separately.
The motor drives lifter up and down.
4) Flattening machine adopts 0.75kW cycloidal reducer to move. The
motor has shaft joint.
5) One Teflon board is installed on up and down place separately.
The specification is 1000mm × 1200mm × 1.5mm
6) The machine rack includes square pipe and protection cover.
7) There is electric control cabinet under the side of flattening
machine. The upper button on the side of flattening machine
controls machine to move back and forth and up and down.
2. Three Roller Haul-Off Machine
1) Include three sets of haul-off roller and mirror roller.
2) One 4kW motor drives three sets of haul-off roller. The motor
equips with relevant inverter to regulate speed.
3) The driving method is chain driving. There are three sets of air
cylinder. The height of up and down rubber rollers can be adjusted for 150mm.
4) The machine rack is welded by square pipe.
5) The rubber rack is 50mm square pipe rack. The rubber
specification is ￠275mm × 1000mm.

extruders
