Features
Horizontal-opposed both way proportioning pump adopts coaxial type design to avoid pressure discrepancy because of gravity; all pump system equipped with pressure overload protection switch for emergency stop.
Main machine heating system adopts independent all-aluminum heater, equipped with 8 pieces of high capacity heating bar for more powerful heating capacity, especially suitable for low temperature work in winter; temperature controller equipped with display, measuring, and over-heat protection device.
Self-cleaning system: solvent tank installed on material a side, with continuous cleaning on measuring pump seal to avoid isocyanate crystallization on bearing; machine part life can be lengthened with less abrasion, also easy for maintenance.
Pressure compensation: pressure compensation device installed inside hydraulic pump to ensure stable work pressure and get better mixing result.
Hydraulic drive system: equipped with imported motor and pump as key parts; additional radiator system equipped to avoid performance fault because of high oil temperature.
