Flotation machine is arranged with a false bottom and a guide tube, without precipitation into the rank.
There is no need to discharge the ore while shutting down the machine.
The umbrella-shaped holed dispersing hood of the stator is used as the stabilizer, ensuring the stability of the liquid level and froth layer.
The impeller is cylindrical, with low peripheral velocity, low energy consumption and high recovery rate, which are 1-2% higher than that of common type.
It has a large capacity and reliable performance.
The product is good at air self priming but not for ore pulp; while using it separately, terrace configuration (with 300-400 mm drop height) is required.
The return of foam depends on the foam pump.
Usually, type and SF type flotation combine an integral unit, while acts as a direct flow tank, realizing a horizontal arrangement that needs neither a drop height nor a foam pump.

Condition and Remarks
There is no motor starting device equipped when shipped from factory.
The electrical control will be made according to the manufacturer’s drawings and the electric driven flashboard will be adjusted for large-scale flotation machine.
When ordering, please specify the model and quantity as well as flotation flow sheet, including feeding mode and configuration scheme, quantity of scrapers and mode of drive (right drive and left drive), and quantity of feeding chambers, intermediate chambers and crude ore chambers.
