Description
Overview
Widely used in coal washing and chemical industries.
Separates minerals into magnetic materials and nonmagnetic materials.
Can match with three types of tanks: semi-counter flow, counter-flow, and downstream.
The downstream tank and semi-counter flow tank can be conneTed in Series to improve the concentrate grade.
Tank Types
Semi-counter flow tank: fit for wet roughing and fine separation of strongly magnetic mineral with granularity of 0.5–0 mm, especially for seleTing minerals with granularity of 0.15–0 mm.
Counter-flow tank: fit for wet roughing and fine separation of strongly magnetic mineral with granularity of 0.6–0 mm, especially for recovering heavy medium of coal washers.
Downstream tank: fit for roughing and fine separation of mineral with granularity of 6–0 mm.
