  1. Overview
    1. Two-layer plastic sheet extruder designed by absorbing and digesting advanced technology at home and abroad.
    2. Mainly used to produce plastic sheet of PP, PS, PE, HIPS for making beverage mugs, ice-cream cups, jelly cups, and other packing containers.

    1. Good moulding, equal sheet thickness and constant flowing speed due to the large L/D ratio of the screw in the extrusion unit.
    2. Screw, die head and drum are made of high quality alloy steel with optimum hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.
    3. Advanced hydraulic fast change net device in the die head results in easy operation and high production efficiency.
    4. Adopts vertical type three roller structure to improve the quality of sheet.
    5. Adopts advanced frequency converter to easily adjust the linear speed of oblique three rollers and drive.
    6. Main machine pressure is automatically adjustable and controlled by metering pump and advanced pressure sensing closed-loop system.
