Mono layer plastic sheet extruder used to produce PP, HIPS, PE plastic sheet for applications such as plastic formed sheet, stationery sheet, and adhesive tape with corrosion resistance.
Composed of extruder, three-roller calender, traction, rewinding, and electric control box.
Screw, material barrel, screen changer, measurement pump, and die head are made of high quality alloy steel (38CrMoAlA) with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.
Die head adopts hanger-type branch pipe decreasing-style construction for smooth flow without stagnation and even product thickness.
Inside the calender, helical flume and cycle water cooling provide a perfect cooling effect.
Temperatures of die head, screen changer, measurement pump, and material barrel are separately controlled.
All drive system runs synchronously.
