Construction
The whole body of three base centrifugal spin-driers is over hanged on the three bases by the round steeve.
Four main parts: rotation cage rack, body of the machine, driving unit, support of the machine.
Installation And Usage
Installation position: the spin-drier should be installed at a place for convenient drainage, avoiding the ground being wet (for the electromotor is close to the ground), and the electric control cabinet should be installed in a well ventilated place.
Ground base requirement: concrete thickness according to floor height, minimal height over 300 mm, distance between ground bolt and wall over 500 mm.
The ground base of the spin-drier should be dug well according to the installation drawing.
Spin-drier level check: put the gradient on the inner side of the cone rotation cylinder; rotate the cone cylinder slowly by hand. If the air bubble of the gradient is in the middle after 1 circle, the level balance meets the requirement.
Underlay iron board or slanting iron cushion at the three parts of the triangle under pan undertaking (sliding supporting part) to achieve level balance. Then join the iron cushion and the triangle under pan to prevent loosening.
Screw down the ground bolt.
Check the line reliability according to the machine’s chart, screw down every connection bolt to prevent loosening.
While braking, turn off the power supply first and brake gently for several times, then brake forcibly when the machine slows down until it stops completely.
Maintenance
High temperature oil of driving part should be replaced once every half year.
Grating flake of brake, centrifugal block should be replaced frequently according to its status.
If the machine shakes or the material in the machine is asymmetrical, stop it for adjustment.
The shock absorb bob spring should be oiled.
Operating Process
Turn on the breaker in the electric panel and electrify the machine, then power supply pilot light is lit.
Press the cloth sending rack positive button (ZA) to send the cloth to the drier, press the stop button (TA2) to stop sending the cloth.
Press the mainframe starting button (QA) to operate the spin-drier, press the stop button on the mainframe to stop the machine.
Press the passive rotation button (FA) on the cloth sending rack to bring the cloth off the drier, press the stop button (TA2) to stop sending cloth.
Notice: after electrifying the machine, please check the rotation direction of the electromotor without loading, the drier electromotor and the cloth sending rack electromotor first.
