Advanced one-piece infrared accelerating burner with computer controlled pulse igniting system, flame and temperature monitoring system, and rolling drums.
Infrared waves released from burning gas have a length of 2-4 um, reaching the highest infrared radiation value.
Ideal infrared wave length is easily absorbed by molecules of ordinary substances.
Objects inside the rolling drum are simultaneously heated from both sides, avoiding surface burning while interior remains undone.
Baking quality, color, and flavor are guaranteed.
Baking time is greatly shortened and cost is voluminously lowered.
