Description Overview Thermal paper slitting machine Machine adopts Siemens PLC control system and touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor, and it will automatically work. The main motor adopts Siemens inverter motor and frequency inverter control. Machine adopts automatic lift-up loading system, controlled by a separated motor from Taiwan. All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated. Machine adopts red line marking system, printing red line at the end of paper rolls. Machine adopts round blades to slit, equipped with automatic wasting materials edge trimming system. It adopts auto tucker, adjust the paper material loose or tight easily. It adopts automatic tension control controller to keep constant tension. It adopts auto meter counter, when it reaches the setup length, the machine stops and alarms automatically. It can avoid overlap problem after paper reels are finished. It is equipped with emergency switch.
