Automatic measuring, bending and cutting with manual welding
Material in coils (up to 500 kg) can be easily loaded onto the specially designed pneumatically operated swift by a single operator without the need of any lifting equipment (forklift)
A single operator can easily produce, weld, anneal and stock 1000 frames per 8 hour shift
A foot operated butt welding/annealing machine can be supplied with the frame machine

Standard size table can handle up to 2000 x 2000 mm frames
Table extension will allow larger sizes to be produced
