Pillow filling machine
Suitable raw material is polyester hollow fiber (either siliconized or non-siliconized) 7-15D x 32 to 64 mm
Feed the fiber to hopper to transport to fiber opening machine, the fiber is opened then transported to the filling blower, which can save one labor to feed automatically
There are two filling nozzles working by filling pipes
The clamps on nozzle are controlled by foot switch for easy operation
The opening rate can reach 98% up without damage to the fiber, resulting in final products with high resilience and superior quality
Equipped with protective device to ensure the safety of operators
Spray paint, durable and nice
Equipment includes feeding hopper, fiber opening machine, and two filling fans
The seller will offer some spare parts and the video of operation and maintenance for free
