  3. Technical Description
    1. Electro-welded steel structure, sandblasted and painted with special rustproof paint.
    2. Aisi 316 l stainless steel casing, fixed to the frame.

    4. C45 steel shaft, hardened and tempered and subjected to non-destructive tests.
    5. Special bearings protected by a five stage seals system (2 viton seal, 3 lubrication seal).
    6. Door which is opened and closed manually, provided with a sampling porthole produced by tempered and anti-scratch glass.
    7. Ac motor controlled by a fuji branded inverter creates the drive system, providing continuous speed variation without any additional mechanism.

    9. Supported with special electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems; the electric system is protected by a fan against over-heating and humidity.

    3. Panel is comfortable to use as it provides clear information for the operator.
