Description Overview Designed for drying with minimum consumption of steam, energy and time. During the drying process, the colors of the garments in this steam dryer are never mixed with each other. Construction and materials All materials used in production are Aisi 316l quality stainless steel. Strong and reliable construction is highly resistant to harmful movements and negative effects of water, steam and humidity. Strong resistance to rusting is gained by using best quality stainless steel in every part. The double-plastered body prevents loss of heat. Heating system One group of heater produced of 200 bared pipes of 1/2 inch, mounted inside the body. Heater design prevents parts from overflowing to the outside surface of the machine. Drying is completed successfully and rapidly with best efficiency. Drive and drum Gearing is with belt pulley. Drum is installed over one shaft, with double beds and double bearings. Drum volume is 600 liters. Specifications Capacity: drying 35 kg of garments. Duration of drying jeans: 25-35 minutes.
